Check your changes in menus now. I’ve disabled Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading. You will be able to activate this option once all menus will be ready.

The Menu is a part of the header, the slider is added in page content using Elementor. These things have different responsive behavior, you can check our demo. Sorry, but there is no possibility to make the menu and slider the same size on all screen sizes.
