Xstore Organic theme – Issue with footer

Hello

The theme I am using (organic theme) has an issue with the footer.
From the Xstore panel, I can’t click on the “setting”.
And when I got through the menu, I changed the background meny to grey but it remains in green.
Could you please help fixing it?

And I can’t find the way to change the content in the pre-footer and footer…p lease help

Hello,

Enable Elementor for static blocks https://gyazo.com/c44ec88c0bf24793ba441ffb5b5201c6 , then you will be able to edit Footer static block, change background and content there.

Dear,
I modified the border radius of the “newsletter email entering area”. But the modified setting does not appear on my pages.
It does appear in the elementor setting and the Xstore configuring setting panel.

IS there a glitch?

Hello,

Please add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global custom CSS:
```
.footer .mc4wp-form-fields input, 
.footer .mc4wp-form-fields {
    border-radius: 5px !important;
    background-color: white;
}
```

Another issue, the footer is not responsive at all on mobile device…
I can’t find the way to resolve it.
Do you have a solution please?

Edit the Footer Content using Elementor, change width of columns on mobile, and so on – https://elementor.com/help/mobile-editing/ For example, https://gyazo.com/d45d265af72d6b8a306324f960e7104f

Dear, the width column setting does work on elementor
But when I saved them and go check on my phone, it does not work.
Please check the footer with logo and payment methods.

I’ve checked your site and can clearly see that you found width settings. All works fine, you just need to clear cache of your mobile browser.

Ok no.. actually it does not work

OLD : I disabled the mobile panel and it seemed to work…
