    Translation files for themes should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
    for plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder (this is the System location), with correct names, for example, for XStore theme: xstore-sl_SI.po, and xstore-core-sl_SI.po for XStore Core plugin, then you will not lose translation after the update.

    To translate the currently untranslated strings, it seems that the .pot files may need to be regenerated. For this, we kindly request FTP access from you.

    This is how the “Shop Elements > Categories > Advanced mode” option functions.

    1/ Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > XStore “My account” page settings > Products type > None.

    2/ Theme Options > Styling > Set border radius for buttons in px.

    3/ Interface issues are caused by the latest WordPress update. It will be fixed in the next theme update soon.

    4/ We can not log in using the credentials you provided. It just reloads the page, unfortunately.

    In case Cart and Checkout pages were created using Elementor, you need to edit texts there by editing content of pages using Elementor.

    Please read this article first – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products. In other cases, images may have different heights on the frontend, and the Crop option can be useful in this case.
