    Hello Olga,

    Thank you for looking into it.

    We haven’t removed it, it just doesn’t appear sometimes. It is still happening as of this morning.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hello,

    Sure please find access in the private content area.

    Also I have just seen this issue happens in Firefox as well so is not browser specific to Chrome.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hi Rose,

    Ah thank you, I didn’t realise that option would achieve this.

    At least now we have a CSS class we can play around with.

    I’ll close this topic.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello Olga,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Just wanted to confirm that I am no longer seeing this come up on our logs so seems to be fixed now.

    Thank you for your help.

    Thanks Olga,

    Noted regarding Wordfence, however the PHP errors are still coming up for your theme as reported earlier.

    Doesn’t seem the errors are happening at the exact time of the downtime but would like to address every possibility to solve this problem.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hello Olga,

    Wonderful, the block is editable once again!

    I’ve now been able to access and have added the wishlist, cart and account back to it and all is showing on the front-end again.

    Thank you very much for your help.

    Regards
    Rob

    Hello,

    How is this progressing?

    In the meantime, am I ok to make changes to the child theme’s style.css?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Just another question with adjusting the product page. Is it possible for swatches that are out of stock to be styled differently? I can’t spot any CSS classes related to stock on that part of the page but just checking as it would be great to have it as an option without having to use an additional plugin.

    Many thanks
    Rob

    Hello,

    Sorry one other question.

    I’ve reverted the mega menu (SHOP menu item) to hover only now but the submenu disappears before the mouse can navigate to the dropdown.

    I did a search on the forum and tried using the following code but it isn’t affecting the site:

    .nav-sublist-dropdown:before {
        top: -60px;
        height: 80px;
    }

    Could you assist please? I may need to revert the mega menu back to dropdown on click to make the site usable in the meantime but we want to use hover over instead.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hello,

    Thank you for this. I’ve adjusted the code and been able to apply this to remove the borders from the main shop pages as well.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi Rose,

    Sorry it’s just started working now! Cache must have not cleared properly.
    All working with single product page “product-medium” now.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Rose,

    Thanks, no we just want the breadcrumbs to appear where they do on other pages – centralised and above the content.

    I have changed single product page from product-wide to product-medium and nothing has changed unfortunately.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hi Olga,

    Thank you very much for your response.

    Sorry, it’s actually the single product page we are working on to try and adjust this and I do not see any options for breadcrumbs on the individual product pages.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hi Eva,

    It seems the errors were as a result of a mod security rule issue on the server, which has now been fixed by our host.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello Eva,

    Thank you very much. I will check updates to those plugins.

    Did you do anything to the theme to stop those errors appearing? Just so we can diagnose the issue and prevent a repeat.

    Thanks,

    Rob

    Thought I’d get an email back so I could reply and attach an image of error message.

    Anyway, here’s an example of the error messages received.

    Warning: require(/home/starmelaco/public_html/wp-content/themes/classico/in/custom-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/starmelaco/public_html/wp-content/themes/starmela/functions.php on line 503

    Not to worry, I’ve managed to nudge the text more to the left so this isn’t a problem really.

    Thanks again
