As I see you have many Legenda themes installed (http://prntscr.com/5qnp4l). This may cause the problem.
If you want update theme you need to overwrite the oldest version, not install a new theme.

Please navigate to Theme Options->Products Page Layout->Product Image Hover->select Swap.
Then navigate to Products->Products->Edit product->find below Upload image for hover effect option and select image you want.
Don’t forget to update your products after changes.
