I can't install demo content – Legenda classic

Hello,

I’ve tried to install the demo content for Legenda theme (I want the basic – classic version – https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/)

I’ve followed the exact steps from this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kf64USY7kus
It seems that demo content won’t install, I don’t see any other pages (other than woocommerce pages) or products in the admin.

I’ve also tried to manually import (Tools – Import – WordPress), and I get the below errors:

Failed to create new user for admin. Their posts will be attributed to the current user.
Failed to import shop_order_status cancelled
Failed to import shop_order_status completed
Failed to import shop_order_status failed
Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold
Failed to import shop_order_status pending
Failed to import shop_order_status processing
Failed to import shop_order_status refunded

I’ve attached in the Private content section the FTP and WP ADMIN details.

If you manage to fix it, please let me know what exactly you did because I must create a fresh install on the main url.

Hello,

As I see your host uses old PHP Version 5.2.17. It needs updating to 5.3 or higher version.
Ask your hosting to update it.
