Sorry for the misunderstanding. We’ve checked that issue. Pages like Shop, Blog and other default pages uses logo from Theme Options->Header. If you want to change logo on Blog page you need select it in Theme Options->Header. And then select another logo on Home Page (Pages->Home Page->Edit).

Very likely that you use low php version on a server.
Please ask your host to increase php version to at least 5.3 and check allow_url_fopen option, must be enabled. Ask your hosting for that.
Also you need to increase the values of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.
