Vertical Menu and Login Options - by noubit

I purchased the Royal theme to develop a site with ecommerce.
I am interested in using the header 14, the layout with vertical menu. I see that in this case, the options for login, registration and newsletter are not appearing. It’s possible to activate the “top bar” in this type of menu with these options and with the language switch too?

Another question for the vertical menu layout: Is there any way to add scrolling to the menu? In low-res screens some options appear hidden in the bottom of the bar, like the social icons, and I have no way to click it.

and the scrolling option it’s not possible either? I can try to add manually the language and the login buttons to the menu, but it will look too long and will not fit.
