Urgently: Virtual Composer doesn't work

Hello dear support,

the visual composer looks really weird not at all like in the documentation and clicking on “add element” doesn’t do anything.

Can you please help me?

You didn’t installed demo base content. Also please follow our documentation:

Hello Robert,

Installing demo base content didn’t help.

I am following the documentation and in point 4. before demo content installation is the visual composer and how to make a parallax site.

But the Visual Composer doens’t work. Can you please go into my wordpress, in any page and check out why it is not working, please.

Hello,

You have disabled allow_url_fopen. Ask your hosting to enable it.
Also you need to increase the values of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.

Ok I did all of this and it didn’t change. post_max_size is now 32M and allow_url_fopen is enabled now.

So, what now? The visual composer below the editor while editing a page still doesn’t work 🙁
