1) If you disable Register and Sign In options no one can register on site.
2) In your case this part will disappear when Wishlist plugin deactivated. Please see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/7xjqey
3) To delete Sign in fields from the checkout page use this code in custom.css file

Now you can add the image or some content to Category Header for each pages.
Navigate to Dashboard->Products->Categories->edit category and add tag <img> to Description area.

For example, like this:

But be careful, the link must be correct for image that you want to add.
