  Hi I tried http://8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/primary_menu 7.2
  but not success it is still left align and not full width menu
  could you help me how to do it please?

  As I see you haven’t added submenu items to a parent item. Please pay attention that CSS classes are added to parent menu item and under it sub items are added:
