    Hello,

    I’ve added the following code in to Child theme. Please check it.

    .home #sc_chat_box {
    display: none;
}

    and this code in Chat Console->Options->Custom CSS.

    To update the plugins, switch to your server with FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ folder.
