Again… your documentation is no help!!!

I bought 30 licenses for the theme and I’m getting strange answers.

I think that’s very bad and will rate my experience accordingly.

AGAIN:

I have a top header area, main header and bottom header.
Only the top header area should be displayed via sticky.

With my setting, which you wrote to me in another post, it works so far.

However, there is a bug. When scrolling up, the top and bottom areas of the header are loaded under the main header area.

If I change it now as you described differently from the previous topic, then the top and bottom areas will also be loaded as sticky!

That shouldn’t be the case.

Now we noticed that the newly created header is not displayed on the product category page.

The header is generally missing.

How can we assign the header there too? The correct header is already assigned to our Elementor Template product – archives.

I have a question. How can i change the header like header you can see on private content.

1. Header have transparent background with white logo and white Icon and text color on home page only.

2. At Mouseover the Header change like sticky header .. with white backgroudn,. Logo colored, font and icon dark color

3.Same header like sticky header on all subpages.

We tested everything before we wrote to you.
We also cleared the cache and deactivated the “Nitropack” cache plugin.

Some things are not saved.

I would also like to change the background color for the full width search, from white to rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);

I can do it with css:

background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);
}

With so many functions in your builder, there is certainly a function to change the background for the Ajax Full Width search. Then I would also have to change the color of the search field and font color as well.

I don’t have any color change options under “Search”.
Where did you hide this function again?

I did it like this. But now the mobile menu is no longer displayed on tablets and smartphones.

Generally the mobile header is not loaded.

How can I fix this now?

Loco Translate
WP Optimize

on this pj-2 project we use elementskit addon for Elementor. This is not installed on other projects with same issue.

now the only problem that remains is that the Elementor Builder no longer works correctly on 80% of all pages that we have created with your theme.

We have already changed the method of loading the editor. Unfortunately that doesn’t help either.

How can we solve this?

we don’t have any other theme installed and don’t want to either.
We had a similar problem with your theme before.
We then followed your advice and temporarily installed another theme. After that, your theme was no longer usable. We had massive design problems.

Since the site is already live, we can’t take the risk. You had given us a CSS code for the similar problem that fixed the problem.

Maybe this is also just a small CSS code?

As i say, this Code:

.page-wrapper > .container {
max-width: none !important;
}

fixes the problem immediately.
But then the blog pages are no longer displayed correctly.

Unfortunately that didn’t help.

1/ i have changed the padding top and padding bottom.

It then moves the header up or down. I don’t want that. I just want to be able to click on the megamenu again after mouseover “Leistungen”.

2/ is done … but it still show me uppercase … but i think this is a cache issue. I have clear browser cache and then checked with other browser. As next i have installed wp-optimize and cleare for all pages.

Unfortunately, it is still displayed as uppercase.

3/ we don’t use static block for this.
We use Design -> menu -> main menu (selected) under “Leistungen” 2 rows as megamenu selected.

As next under XStore Theme Cusomizer -> main menu it show me “dropdown menu” which I could probably edit for that. but there font color is missing with mouseover

You don’t get a low rating for that.
What is a bit annoying for us is that we can no longer use our licenses for staging on our developer domains.

Now we are being forced, so to speak, to change our staging system to Sub or to work with other themes in the future.
I think that’s a pity.

I would have wished that you let the customer decide which domain he would like to use for staging.

I hope that you will change that again at some point.
Now you have our staging domains pj-1 to pj-9.de provided with the licenses as real domains.

That might be a reason for a negative rating.
But I don’t do that either, as I’m hoping you’ll help us if we want to move a license from staging pj-1 to pj-9 to a real domain.
