Open your .json file and copy the code that you find there, for example http://prntscr.com/dixnv7
Then go to Theme Options > Import export > Options > paste the code and press import http://prntscr.com/dixou5

To cahgne the padding of the header go to Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS and add the following code:
1) Go to Theme Options > General > Secondary Menu > Off if you don’t plan to use the secondary menu.
2) We provide just demo products like an example. I think no matter what products come with demo content, you will replace them by your own, no?
3) You need to upload your own images for the products.
Anyway, I have uploaded few images for your like an example.

You need to press on XStore Support forum link and then you’ll see the list of topics for the Xstore forum and the button.
By default Search results page should display the color and image used in Theme Options. Please, go to WooCommerce > Settings >Products > Display > make sure that you choose Shop page.

Unfortunately, we did not test Ajax product filter plugins with our theme that’s why I can tell you nothing about compatibility.
If you plan to use plugin you should ask the author how to set up it correctly.
Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make theme compatible with all the existing plugins.

You are talking about portfolio page. This page uses Portfolio template and you can change its content by editing theme files only (xstore/portfolio.php).
Do all the cahnges in child theme files.

By default WooCommerce doesn’t have top pagination and this plugin for the Ajax pagination also doesn’t have it, that’s why you don’t see pagination once use their option. I have sent report about this issue to our developers and we’ll try to fix it but I’m not sure if we are able to fix this compatibility problem.
