2) I’m not sure what exactly you want to remove. Do you want to remove pages, posts, products that were imported during Сlassic demo installation? If you want to get the classic version of the single product template then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > disable single product builder and save changes. After that go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product and choose the template with the 50%image + 50%content.

Do you use the Elementor Pro tool to create that contact form? Contact the plugin author and ask if they have any additional tags to detect the page URL like contact form 7 plugin has https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/
The checkout page is not an AMP page to avoid issues with the order process. But shop page is AMP page. So, provide us with a video of the issue for a better understanding.

1) Our theme supports Elementor Pro and we don’t have plans to change that. Yes, we develop a lot of additional Elementor elements to help our clients get better design and cool site layouts but it does not mean that we’ll stop support of the Elementor pro, nope.
2) If you don’t want to use WooCommerce you can just skip its installation. So, if you import any demo that was built using products, product categories these elements just will be disabled on the frontend and you will need to remove them from page content.
3) Yes. We developed a number of new widgets for the product carousel, products list, products grid, posts etc. We split the 1 widget that includes all the layouts but limited options into a few separate widgets with advanced options. So, old widgets will be removed after some time (up to 1 year). That’s why if you use Products or Blog Carousel widgets anywhere on your site we would recommend you replace them by the new widgets.
