    Hello,

    Loco translate > Plugins > XStore core > edit translation > replace and check the location of the translation files. If this is not the System or Custom then replace files.

    Hello,

    It seems that you don’t understand my explanation. If you want to edit Instagram information placed on the front page (because on video you showed me that Instagram area of the home page does not display your changes, didn’t you?) then you need to edit Home default page using Elementor, not the Instagram wall page. Got it?

    Changes of the Instagram wall page display only on the Instagram wall page and you can preview it by click on the eye button https://prnt.sc/13o6d50 Because once you click the logo you automatically go to the home page, not to the Instagram wall page.

    You need to install the Loco translate plugin and then follow the mentioned steps.

    Hello,

    These files are not XStore theme files. So, I can tell you nothing about the changes in these files. We are able to help you only with changes to the XStore theme and XStore core plugin.
    So, we would recommend you to download the plugin and mentioned theme from wordpress.org and compare the mentioned files from your site and the original one. Check the changes you have there.

    Hello,

    Look, you edit the Instagram wall page on video but then press on the front page to check the changes. Why? If you edit Instagram wall page then preview the Instagram wall page https://prnt.sc/13o6d50 .
    If you want to change the content of the front page then edit the front page https://prnt.sc/13o6acp

    Because Instagram wall and Front page are 2 different pages for your information.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, WooCommerce requires choosing of all the options to change image and we could do nothing with this from theme side. Contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ maybe they have any solution for you.

    Hello,

    We have reactivated the theme and cleared the tokens cache using the Check again link and the update works fine. You should not have issues with the next theme update if you don’t migrate to another domain/subdomain.

    We don’t have option for the price. If you need we could provide you custom CSS to change that. Do you want to change color for the single product only or on the whole site?

    Go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore core > create translation (use System directory to save translation files, don’t use Author directory!) and translate the mentioned strings https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Thank you for using our theme!

    But if you translated theme and core plugin on one site you can use these files for all your sites. Just copy translations to wp-content/languages /themes and wp-content/languages/plugins folders and sync translations after that https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

    We checked your product with the default Storefront theme and see that options are also unavailable https://gyazo.com/ea485da41204dbb8c3e1e5796eeb3aeb
    It means that issue is not related to the XStore theme and we could do nothing because we are able to help only in case the issue is related to XStore theme. So, contact WooCommerce support to get help with this issue https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    We don’t have more tools to speed it up, only Theme Options > Speed optimization.
    If you are not satisfied with the theme speed we are ready to give you refund.

    Hello,

    If that button does not work for the production site even with the Storefront theme then you need to contact WooCommerce Stripe plugin support. We can do nothing with this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/
    We can help you only in case issue appears with our theme only. But in your case it does not work ok even with the Storefront theme.

    Hello,

    1) Remove all the negative margings for the page content sections.
    2) Enable header overlap option for the mobile header and remove empty connection block from the bottom header on mobile.
    That’s all.
    If you need to fix the issue for other sites provide us with WP Dashboard access to these sites.

    Hello,

    I see that theme is activated (XStore > Welcome). Are you trying to activate bundled plugins using theme license? It’s not allowed. Read more about bundled plugins and their activation here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
    You don’t need to activate bundled plugins to use them with our theme.
