    So, Ive marked some orders as complete.

    Ill use order #12847 as the example.

    This product had 8 in stock, someone bought all 8.

    After reading your message, I checked, the order was marked as “sent, waiting on tracking”, this is the order status after “processing” but before “complete” . The website appeared to still show the 8 in stock (despite being sent), so I marked the order as “complete” , now stock says 0.

    But it still doesn’t show the sales in the pop up. I have marked other orders as complete, but they dont show either.

    Ive performed dynamic cache clear on server end.
    Cache flush on site end.
    Cleared browser history as the user.
    logged out and in as a user.

    It still only shows the two sales.

    Id like to mention, that the two products which are showing, are the only products which are not “restricted to members” , however this “restricted to members” feature was also active on my old website which used the animals theme, and the sales pop up was not effected by this. It still allows non-members to view the product, just not physically purchase it.

    – Ensure that the orders you wish to display are marked as “Completed” in WooCommerce.

    Thank you for the last change. it has fixed the issue mentioned.

    With regards to the main issue mentioned in this topic:

    “Sold by vendor x not showing on product placeholder”

    There’s now a more complex issue regarding this since the modifications at xstore/framework/compatibility/dokan.php .

    Ultimately, it’s left me completely out of control of the visibility of this across the whole website.

    The first issue is shown in screenshot, which you can see on the left of the page doesn’t not show the vendor name (Product 1 in this list most definitely has a vendor assigned in its data)

    The seconds issue, is shown in the video.

    Now, whenever I try to edit any element the “sold by vendor x” appears out of nowhere and cannot be removed. this is now restricting me from changing simple things across the website.

    In the video it shows me trying to change the output of products displayed, for example from “best selling” to “recently viewed” or ascending to descending its now impossible to keep this sections layout neat because the sold by vendor x is actually force to show on products which have it. So, this area differs from the area shown in the screenshot, which has now put limitations on customisation of certain areas and subsequently, I cannot currently change the “recommended for you” are without ruining its layout, now that the sold by vendor text is force to show in this area.

    Please also note, I am aware that some products do not have vendor data set up yet, which is why some do not show, this is not permanent, all products will have vendor data soon. But the screenshot shows that not all areas are following this protocol, and video shows that areas which dont need to follow the protocol are following it, so there needs to be the ability to customise this on a single element basis, similar to how a user can decide wether or not to display price, category, rating etc.

    The problem is gone on desktop, regarding the second header.

    Perhaps the changes were being made to the staging website, and subsequently were not visible when checking the result (checking on main site)

    Sorry for the confusion there.

    However the problem with the main header, repeating this behaviour on mobile landscape is still present.

    I don’t have iPad with me right now to re-test the issue mentioned on iPad,

    but I’ve just checked the main header on mobile landscape and its still there. screenshot attached.

    Thank you, that solved it right away.

    The next thing I’m noticing, is the input fields differ on both pages.

    One shows the login page with white fields and dark text.

    Next image shows my account page, with dark tabs and white writing.

    Can you let me know how to ensure that the tabs on the login page are the same as my-account, with dark input fields and white text.

    there is lots of bugs in this editor section,

    here you can see when I change the colour of categories,, it doesn’t change. Hover works fine, just now main colour.

    Main colour for brands works fine.

    Another thing just noticed, the changes you are making do not appear to be effecting the breadcrumbs / nav links with the pathway Home > Vendor > (vendor store) , your changes have not effected this part of the site.

    Regarding your request about certain products not displaying vendor information, this occurs because no vendor has been assigned in the product settings.

    I wasn’t referring to products that’s don’t have vendor info yet, I’m more than aware off that.

    what’s I said was, Sold by vendor is appearing is some places. See screenshot, these products on the left have vendor data set but it doesn’t show.

    Generally speaking this is advertised as a Dokan compatible multivendor theme, users should be able to apply vendor name to the placeholders in sections the same way that is possible with things like price, rating, brand etc, because now the next problem I face is that as I begin to customise my placeholders text and colour scheme, I am left with a style for vendor text which doesn’t match the style and cannot be customised for colour, that would be great to see in the next update

    The url loads fine, the website is being deconstructed as I move things over to new site. but you can access it as a customer with creds in private

The page does not refresh when clicking “Yes.” We kindly ask you to try accessing it from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

    Top clearly states IPAD. your ‘screenshot’ which is actually a video, shows you are using desktop, not iPad. I provided a video, which shows iPad users can’t enter.

    Please provide the resolution to ensuring this part of the theme doesnt ruin my website.

    The problem was due to Contact 7 (which comes with theme) conflict with theme/plugin configuration. Its been resolved now

    Sold by vendor is appearing is some places.

    On the main product archive, there is no shop icon, they shop icon only appears after the user selects quick view, then the icon will appear next to vendors name

    Its not a demo, its the website that ive used for the past 2-3 years, xstore animals theme , the out of stock was like this already,

    Two pictures.

    One shows product page.

    One shows blog post.

    In each screenshot I am hovering over the final destination in the path. >Delivery info, and >Butters & Spreads.

    >Butters and spreads, the category from which the product originates, illuminates on hover.

    However,

    >Delivery Info, the blog category from which the post originates, does NOT illuminates on hover.

    Hopefully we can get there eventually, perhaps it would be a good idea to provide an update which enable users to actually just set it one time to make a global change across the board, and then allow customisation of the colours on a page to page basis if they choose to, because its not a very good system currently and you can see yourself how much time has been consumed trying to get it to to mimic what was done by myself in about 5 minutes or less, tweaking a few settings. Those 5 mins should be all it takes for anyone to make that customisation to their links in this area. But its taken a few days even for yourself to get it to mimic what’s been set is basis settings…

    1: In your initial response, you mentioned the breadcrumb on the shop page. Based on that, we considered the differences between the shop page and other pages and implemented custom CSS accordingly.

    The product page and shop were not any different in the first place. In my initial request, I used the shop page (2 links) as the demonstration, and subsequently the product pages (3 links) were already behaving the same as the shop page, and were completely fine because product page is an extension of shop page and thereof implementing the same behaviour which I had set.

    2: In your latest video, you referred to the breadcrumb on the single product page.

    In the last message, i sent the product page (3 links) because you sent me a blog post page (3 links), if you had sent me the blog page (2 links) I would’ve have sent you the shop page (2 links) .

    My last message was in response to your message, that is why I showed product page.

    Regardless, the images were sent as a reference to the colours/look , it was the actual settings that I was requesting to be changes. Evidently, the settings and colour codes you need were already available in the breadcrumbs settings that I sent in my initial request, ie: colour code, hover settings and active settings, all I asked for was for those settings to be implemented across the whole site and not just uniquely to 1 or 2 pages. The screenshots were references to show you that the settings were not right irregardless of
    ”Home>Shop>Category” or just ”Home>Shop” , these settings follow the same protocols. These setting should be on every page, there is absolutely no purpose in having different coloured links on multiple different pages.

    Yeah looks like it still happens with storefront, but even when store front is enabled, the login box is showing as the xstore accounts tabs, not WordPress default

    Hover, active and inactive don’t behave the same.

    Video 3: Plesse bear in mind I check a lot of things over whenever any small change is made…. Since the last change it appears to have broken 2 features on my blog page.

    1: The zoom on hover doesn’t work
    2: The buttons to read more do no show up.
    3: The behaviour which you see on blog section on home page at end of video is how the blogs page should work. Its only after recent changes in code that this has had a negative effect on how the blog post behave on blog page.

    there is no staging website for this……

    If you are confusing mistera.sg-host.com as a “staging site” thats not a staging site…. This url was being used to build the website while the other was live.

    mistera.sg-host.com is now irrelevant / redundant. because the website is now live at theundergroundmarketplace.com

    The screenshot you have sent me doesnt illustrate anything new….. and upon testing its not been done

    Also, the most recent changes have effected the blog page itself (not breadcrumbs) and has broken two features, which ill mention when videos upload

    Screenshot from animals theme, you are not talking truth here.

    Screenshot shows ‘out of stock’ in the centre of the placeholder. This was done by theme, by DEFAULT. NO CUSTOMISATION DONE BY ME OR YOUR TEAM.

    Yes there is, this was demonstrated in animals theme. And changes were implemented as a result., The changes are relected on some parts of the website, but are different in some section.

    2: However, we made an exception in your case.

    The exception? To provide half a completed job isn’t really suitable because its not resolved anything, and has a created another loose end for me, which isn’t convenient.

    3: 2/ There is no such option, unfortunately. Rose Tyler.

    This answer was also invalid, because the feature was there as default.

    4: To provide custom css and take hours of my time to resolve something, then drop out before its finished isn’t the result im looking for.

    5: ‘Out of stock’ should be centred to product placeholder.

    Ok, so its a bug with the theme, thanks for confirming, however your theme should recognise that Customers and admins should not be the same. ALSO: This bug was not shown in the demo, and has only occurred after update, along with other issues which have been resolved now

    With regards to new code, if you could tell me where to place it thanks. I doubt the documentation states “in case of theme bug do x’ , so please tell me where to put it in this circumstance. Thanks

    Hello, admin credentials have already been provided to your team, if I am to provide you with credentials again that will incur a password reset, meaning your colleagues will no longer have access, If you could get access from your team you would be great, otherwise ill reset the password for you , but then your colleagues are going to ask why they can’t access it anymore.

    Not sure how the screenshots didn’t upload, regardless:

    To test this for yourself

    1: Go to the website url

    2: Click “lost password”

    3: Enter the user name Demo_user, or any user for that matter.

    4: You will see that it says email has been sent.

    5: I can confirm (without you needing to check my inbox) if the email is received, which it will not, which is why I am here.

    All emails are being sent by WordPress, when admin forces password reset, the email will send, email only doesn’t send when customer uses the XSTORE MY ACCOUNT LOGIN TABS, and the regular login tabs are showing as “locked” on elementor, leaving me with no option but to be stuck using the XSTORE one, which doesnt work.
