Okay.

Thanks for explaining the idea behind having multiple headers and how to enable breadcrumbs.
However, I still don’t know what I’m doing wrong! I duplicated the header you provided and it doesn’t duplicate all the widgets correctly i.e. Social media icons or page titles i.e. Home. Introductions etc…
Show video of how you successfully duplicate it, please. The YouTube video isn’t helpful for me for the problem I am experiencing.
I will benefit from multiple headers so will keep it.
However, I now have an out of date header ?
What I specifically need help on is when editing a multiple header to make the changes implement correctly. The video didn’t help either. Social media links in top right and promo text refuses to change! That’s just examples.
So the idea of multiple header is if you want to use different headers for each/certain pages, correct?
And what you’re saying is regardless of how many headers I have, I need to enable large top padding and breadcrumbs so the header can overlap correctly, right?
Can you tell me how to enable large top padding and can you also tell me how to enable breadcrumbs?
Will do.
Thanks Rose 🙂
Wow!
That’s exactly what I wanted.
Thank you 🙂
No worries.

You fixed the header overlap situation (thanks for that)
I’m not sure why two headers are required to create that?
I don’t get why you didn’t just enable “header overlap” for the header I created.
I also now have an out of date header 🙁
I’m so confused. The video didn’t help to my issue either.
Please answer above to help me.
Thank you!
P.S. Social media links in top right and promo text refuses to change! That’s just examples.
Details added
Thanks.
You’re a star.
All fixed 🙂
That was very contradictory 🙂
“I cannot see them” and then proceeds to post a screenshot of the issue.
It is the error messages in the attached As stated before, it was since an update so please fix the plugin issue.
Okay.
Thanks.

Interested in a solution too…
That’s great but I do agree with Bas.
A long-term solution for all users would be great! Because of this, I’ve upvoted Bas’s post in the feature request area.
Great idea.
Not sure if staff can do anything here as I believe that’s more for the developer team.
I can see you have suggested the idea there already.
Thanks Olga.
Done.
Thanks Rosie.

Well done for following through. This is good customer service.
I’m not sure referring a customer to another service to deal with a speed issue with your company’s theme is a good idea?
It really doesn’t represent good customer service.
I’m not sure if this is true.
Can you link us to GTMetrix changing their scoring system?
I see no evidence of this. You can still get A, B and C scores.
Definitely the theme at fault for slow loading. Please admit it so the developers can fix this problem once and for all.
Your theme version is very old!
I’m not saying this is the cause but why not update it?
Please don’t give me a standard generic answer.
I would much prefer the developers focus on speed before adding additional things.
Speed SHOULD BE priority 🙁
Thank you Rosie!
