    Can you just check why i’m not getting emails thnrough when I get a reply. they stopped working a while ago

    Your theme version is very old!

    I’m not saying this is the cause but why not update it?

    thanks but it was already ticked by default so not sure why i don’t get emails. i got one from a ‘participant’ so that’s strange

    Hello,

    Is the email notification still missing? Don’t you get notifications about the reply of our support but get notifications about reply of other users in your topic?
