You didn’t advice me that you disabled the maintenance mode plugin. We’ve been editing it live without noticing that you did.

Can you please inform us when you do that please as the website wasn’t meant to be live when we’re making the edits.

Hi there,

If you notice some of the Theme settings can’t be changed – for example the Socials on the header builder. I can’t change the facebook and instagram logos or their colours where it says ‘Type’.

Can you please have a look?

Also wanted to know where the bottom block on the Shop page is on that page if I wanted to change it to a different block id.

Update: It’s okay. I found the setting in Elementor and have disabled it. So now it uses the settings from the the Theme.

Hi,

I did all that but still no joy. I then checked the Elementor settings and it is set to Lato for the global font. How do I disable Elementor from using it’s own setting and use the X-store theme one?

So all the text I have there is the Lato font and even when I change it in Elementor global settings, it doesn’t change. Will I have to go and do it to every text box on the website?

It’s not just with the mobile menu. It’s with any changes I make now.

The mobile menu is showing the correct colour now. Is there something I need to disable in the Speed optimiser settings?

Hi there,

Please find the logins on the private content area. I only added one plugin since and had have deactivated it.

Update: I didn’t see the patches and have since applied them.

Do you mean I should add that code in the functions.php file? What about when you update the theme next?

Update: Okay, that’s fine. I’ve added it on the Child theme functions.php and it worked.

Thanks for that. Is there a setting I need to make so it shows the sizes, etc? As it doesn’t show anything in the dropdown on the other category pages.

I want to take the price filter out and have the sizes and colours in.

Sorry, my mistake. Haven’t used the forum for a while. I’ll separate the questions. It’s all fine for now. I’ve sorted it.

Just one thing though. How do I change the background colour of the pop up that says ‘Added to Cart’. It is in green now.

Update: I’ve managed to find the quick view hover settings and have sorted it. But it zooms in on the back picture rather than just display it. Perhaps there is another setting I can use?

It’s just the bottom bit that has a big gap.

Oh, how do you change the colour and font of the title of the product please?

I have fixed those two issues above. However, there is a large gap between where I have added a static block on the prefooter area and the footers copyright left and right area. What controls this?

Also the quick view doesn’t show on the products.

I just updated it. Also tried copying the files over on FTP. It’s very strange as the other site which I have it on is fine.
