    We can’t remove the custom css code right now as the website is live. The code has been added via the Yellow Pencil plugin if that helps.
    I wanted to ask one more question: Is it possible to design the Woocommerce product page separately for mobile?

    Hi, Rose,

    I understand. Thank you for the help. I will await your response.
    I had one more question though, if I had the issue with 3 columns showing up on a different installation, will this code that you provided work in that case as well?
    Code:

    add_filter('products_related_per_view_tablet_land', function($count, $all_counts) {
        return $all_counts['mobile'];
    }, 10, 2);

    The white color code was added on the products page, and the styles which were earlier not loading when clicking on load more.
    Is there any way to correct this? Specifically for the products in search menu?

    Oh, okay. Thanks again.

    I had one more issue. When I search for some products, there is some issue with how the products are displayed.

    Hello, Rose,

    The snippet you have added works. Thank you for helping us sort this issue out. Was this an issue with the template that we imported? Or is this happening to other templates as well?

    I am using Samsung S21 FE, and I am using Firefox Focus, which does not require clearing cache because it loads everything in incognito.

    The first has been resolved. Thank you for that.
    The second issue, however, still persists. I have checked the website on a real mobile device and on the product page, there are still 3 columns in the related products slider instead of 2. Kindly take a look into that. It displays 2 columns on browser, but on real devices, it shows 3.

    I have already tried that. It does not change anything. The problem still exists. I am providing you admin access so that you can check it out yourself.
    I am awaiting your reply.

    Check this.
    This applies only to the “More” toggle.
    We want to implement static blocks to all the elements in the mobile panel.

    I think you misunderstood my query.
    I know how to add custom items, I want to know how to add static blocks to all of them instead of just one.

    Are you guys serious?
    IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED CLEARLY THAT THE PRODUCT CATEGORIES ARE MARKED CORRECTLY. IS IT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND? HOW MANY TIMES DOES A USER NEED TO REPEAT THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN?

    Hello,
    I will try to explain this as simply as I can.
    I have 4 product categories – say a, b, c and d.
    Products are being displayed throughout the website.
    The products that fall under category “b”, “c” and “d” are displaying category as “a”.
    I hope you understand the issue now. Just in case, check out the screenshot and look at the product categories – you should notice that they are all the same: https://prnt.sc/1hipduc
    And to clarify, the product category from the product panel have been checked. Product categories have been correctly marked as per the category.

    Regards.

    Hi,
    please refer to the screenshot in the first message I sent. The product categories are being displayed incorrectly. I have hidden the category section via css for now.

    We gave you login details to specifically look at the “dummy image” you think we have put up.
    So slider was visible about last week, but now suddenly it is a “dummy image” issue. Did you even log in and look into issue? Is this the kind of customer support that should be expected from the Xstore team?

    This is how I want my mega menu to look like:
    https://prnt.sc/10v2nul
    This is how it looks like without setting the container width:
    http://prnt.sc/10v30qi
    I want the width to be automatic, w.r.t. the screen size. Is this theme compatible with a mega menu plugin? If it is, please recommend a good plugin for Mega Menu.

    I don’t want a mega menu on mobile screens. It should be responsive on other screens though. The thing is that the Mega Menu width remains the same on all screens, it is NOT RESPONSIVE. The right approach should be responsive like I said, for different screens. I can’t seem to set the maximum width for the block, it is static, which is not how the mega menu should work. The theme is great but the mega menu kills the rest of the features. I can’t also seem to configure products in the mega menu as I want. The. information is too much for a mega menu and I discovered that the product info is universal, which makes it unfriendly for a mega menu where you would only want to display limited information. This theme is not mobile-friendly as compared to some other themes available out there. We shifted the website from a local server to another continent, and the footer went rogue. The features are good, but overall it is too much work. I mean, just look at this thread, we are stuck at the mega menu for 3 days now.

    The menu is not responsive and we are unable to find options for the spacing (padding etc.) inside the menu. I had to give spaces in columns and set a white background for this layout. The mega menu options are quite confusing.

    Hi, I have created a new user for you to check.

    The mega menu cannot be made responsive too.
    Please check and provide the necessary steps to correct this issue.
