    The slider is not visible on the front end. We can edit and change modules, but it is not displaying on the home page.

    Hello

    it is probably looks that you have upload dummy image so please change the image upload it again then check your website.

    We gave you login details to specifically look at the “dummy image” you think we have put up.
    So slider was visible about last week, but now suddenly it is a “dummy image” issue. Did you even log in and look into issue? Is this the kind of customer support that should be expected from the Xstore team?

    Hello,

    Actually, issue caused by KP Fastest Tidio Chat plugin https://gyazo.com/37c9dd0c23169c7d565f7365696ad292 . We are not developers of that plugin, we are developers of XStore theme. So, contact plugin author to find out why do they conflict with the Revolution slider and prevent its loading.
