Thank you for your reply.
However, we do need to use our caching plugins, we can’t just remove them, they are vital to our website.
Do you mean remove the plugins, whilst inputting the custom theme css code, then turn the caching plugins back on?
Thank you, you can login and you can debug.
Please find login details attached.
Thank you for your reply.
We’ve never had this happen before, so I wanted to check but that makes sense, thanks.
Hi, thank you for your reply.
I have added both lines of code and have cleared the cache, however the issue still persists. We tried it on different devices and browsers but it still seems to appear wrong.

Thank you so much, it works on our end too.
Thank you, the code is attached

Yes of course, please see attached.
Thanks for your help.
Perfect, thank you. That fixed it 🙂
Hi,
It might be the Safari version, I don’t currently see an update for Safari which is most likely because my macOS isn’t the latest one.
Firefox & Edge scrolling is now working, so is Chrome 🙂
You can consider the issue resolved
Thanks
Thank you
2/ seems to work well on my end too, thank you!
3/ this is what I see on Safari: https://gyazo.com/cd74593572094f8fa85c631b02686343
I have Safari Version 14.1.2 (14611.3.10.1.7)
On Edge & Firefox the image also doesn’t scroll (looks the same as my Safari screenshot above)
4/ Good idea, Thank you I will do that
apologies correction to the WP email
Oh ok, I see what you mean, I didn’t realise you are getting the code request because of location.
Please see WP and FTP details attached
Hi, I did provide both WP and FTP access details in my last message. I literally just used the WP password to login 2 minutes ago and it worked correctly.
I’ve attached the details again
Thank you for your help.
Sorry I will make sure I split topics / questions in the future.
1/ is sorted – thank you
2/ kind of worked but only on Safari and Firefox.
Google Chrome & Edge still show the zoom pop up as well as the further zoom within the pop up. Safari & Firefox have no zoom pop up now.
Any tips on how to fix it on Chrome & Edge?
3/ Since updating point 2 the image scroll now also doesn’t work on Edge; it only works on Chrome.
wp access & FTP access details provided, thank you
4/ I am wanting to edit the footer menu on mobile. At the moment the footer on mobile is the same as the desktop footer and I am not sure where is the option to customise the mobile footer: https://gyazo.com/45ce234659b5819a81b337cc1623d881
You are the best, thank you so much for your prompt help.
It’s working great on my end as well.
Thanks for your help
Thank you, I added the file but the search pop up menu still returns only 4 results.
Only when I hit enter it goes to the results page and shows the correct number of items under that search term.
Is there any way the search pop up can show a few thumbnails but also say the true number of results with a button or something that says, see all?
Here is an example:
4 results in pop up: https://gyazo.com/00aceedeb87333540f9ba6c56ddf9ac3
140 actual results on search results page:

Thanks for this, where can I find the xstore/js/modules folder to upload the file to?
I have also set up an FTP access, if you still need it I can share this with you
Thank you
Thank you for your quick reply & help.

The website I am working on is the staging website so please go to the staging version using the hosting dashboard.
Thank you so much for your help.
It works on my end too.
the code is:
Because we are working on the staging site I believe you need to go through Siteground to access it.
You can login here: https://www.siteground.com/
You can use the login credentials provided and then go to Sitetools – WordPress – staging and login the staging dashboard through there.
Thanks for your help, please see details attached.
Thank you but it still isn’t working, even after switching off the dropdown Ajax.
It does exactly the same as before
