Hi Eva,

I took the liberty once more to review this whole ticket history and do remember that once Brian assisted with this ticket and the video could have fit in the space between 300-400px of padding.
Now When I look at the video it is not even showing the full of it. Its like some piece is going down and some up. Can you check what was done prior to what is showing at the moment with your team internally?

I believe there was a max of width which we could have adjust the video. However it wasn’t what I wanted but still could help for now to show the video without the black bars. If you read in some of my post you do see me confirming to Brian that is showing good and the black bar is not showing anymore.

Please cross check and let me know. For now we do not have the possibility to host the video except using Youtube Video for now.

Thanks Eva. For Mobile is showing fantastic. How do I setup this for Desktop as well?
The reason for asking is when someone goes on the page they dont see any pointers or something that is showing them that there is more content at the bottom. Unless we can put like a pointer? Or something that is showing that there is more content once scroll down?

On a mobile I only see the following images :

Can the mobile version also see all the images? Also I noticed when viewing the page on a larger screen I still see the white bar at the bottom that should have been removed since my earlier post. Can you correct this?

Are you saying to remove this one:

1.) I selected the Transparent button in Revolution Slider / Slider Settings but still see the video the same. Is there any other button or changes which I need to change?

After some research I found out it is not a pattern but a layer. I found the following code for image but need for the video:
