Adding is fine but updating the quantities at the checkout there is a lag..

Also the buttons are extremely small

You can see what I mean here from your demo https://ibb.co/ynQSVwJ in a desktop it is fine to use the mouse cursor but on a phone, it is impossible to press either – or + as it will always hit on the input text box

Hello,

let me try again as I was trying on the mobile and it was very slow. Desktop seems acceptable speed. As I said adding the product on a shop page to basket is fast.

Hello Olga,

Thank you. Really hope your developers could come up with a fix soon as we have bought 2 licenses from you and it is happening on the other site as well so hopefully the fix will be an update to all other users that have purchased your theme. As it is quite difficult for anyone to buy products from mobile if they have to always tap on the basket twice.

I have tested it using your demo link.. but the issue is still the same.. it looks like on a desktop it works with 1 click because the mouse hovers over the button before we click but on the phone the first tap behaves as hovering over the button then the 2nd tap is to add it into the basket.. which adds that unnecessary tap / slowness to the experience.

Hi Robert, sorry as I thought I would have gotten email notification of your replies so I thought someone would have forgotten me.

What I meant was something like below:

1. ADD TO CART button .. once the customer adds that product into the basket once
2. The ADD TO CART button now changes to “- quantity +” button.

As currently we can set allow quantities but then it always shows quantitates option by default and on the mobile (small screen) sometimes trying to tap on + or – signs it goes to the input text box instead and ask the user to input the quantity in

If you are on a desktop, it works. but on a physical device, like a smart phone, tapping once doesn’t work. Do I need to do a video submission?
