Hi,
1. Ok i will try that way, the bad news is i don’t have a reference of the original since is not visible anymore.
5. The issue with the header and footer is at the checkout page
6. I will try to test it
7. ok thanks
Hello,
Thank you for your response.
1. I used to edit the footer in Xstore > Theme Options > Footer, but now I can’t. Something seems to be broken in this path. Please see the attached screenshot.
2,3. I see these issues are now working fine as well.
4. I believe I can fix this myself; it’s just missing some images here and there.
5. I cleared the cache, but as shown in the screenshot, the header and footer are not displaying as set.
Additionally, I’m experiencing an issue where customers select a quantity (e.g., 5), but at checkout, the quantity automatically changes to 2. This is happening on products with the following ID: – 6549
– 6554
– 6597
In general, can you diagnose the root cause of the recent changes in the website’s design and functionality?
Hello,
Is this solution using the custom code a viable option?
If so, would you be able to implement it?
Thanks.
Hi,
On June 6th, our hosting automatically updated WordPress, plugins, the Xstore theme, and its core. Since then, the issue has reappeared.
Could you please investigate further and help me find a solution?
Thank you.
Alright, I’ll proceed with your instructions. If needed, I’ll get back to you.
Hi Luca,
Great news! I’ve cleared the cache, and everything appears to be working perfectly now.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards
Hi,
here the details
Thanks
Hi,
followed your instructions and disabled caching and CDN.
Still I see the disrupt header.
Hello,
I’ve cleared the cache and CDN, but the issues persist. Additionally, I’ve edited a new header, yet the problem remains unchanged.
Could you please investigate this technical issue further and provide a solution?
Thank you
Hi,
cleared cache with WP rocket but I don’t have the premium version in order to use RocketCDN.
In cloudflare for CDN I have two options:
1. Custom purge
2. Purge everything
I tried custom purge only on the main domain but nothing changed. Cloudflare strongly recommends using single-file (by URL) purging instead of a complete cache purge.
Should I go for purge everything?
Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response.
Despite turning off the Mobile Content Optimization, the issue persists.
Could you please verify? I have shared the login details.
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve removed the custom CSS code, and now the review widget is back in the editor. However, I’m still unable to see it live.
I’ve cleared the cache for both the website and the browser, but the issue apparently persists.
Thanks

Hi,
thanks for you reply.
I’m reaching out regarding another widget positioned just below the product name in the Elementor template, as indicated in the screenshots I’ve attached.
I’ve been in the process of creating a new account for you with administrator privileges, but please note that providing an email address is mandatory for this process.
