You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

Either go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Single Product and choose the pre-created layout http://prntscr.com/q56j81 and keep Inherit in single product settings http://prntscr.com/q56iws or use Single product builder and compose your own layout.

Update theme translation files https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and XStore core translation files.

After that check XStore Core translation and make sure that the mentioned strings are translated.
