General errors in the home of various installed themes, hosting and localhost

    I have already installed and followed tutorials, direct installation uploading files, on hosting and localhost. I no longer know what to do, there is no way for me to keep the topic the same as to start working, there is a problem with the product scrolling or some other feature that does not install properly. I ask for help or a guide where to continue testing.
    I have already tried several versions of wordpress and woocomerce and nothing.

    I just went through the forum and the first thing I find is one with the same problem and no solution

    It seems to me that the problem is in the Elementor.
