What version of WP do you use? There is an issue with activation when WP is 5.5, so downgrade the WP version or update the theme and Core plugin (latest versions can be downloaded from here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ ).

Hi,

You can use the theme on your test domain and live one also at the same time. 1 license can be used on 1 dev/test site + 1 live site, but keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
