    Hi,

What version of WP do you use? There is an issue with activation when WP is 5.5, so downgrade the WP version or update the theme and Core plugin (latest versions can be downloaded from here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ ).

    Regards,
    Hung PD

    Hello,

If you use Massive Addons plugin it has compatibility issues with the new WP update – WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) can’t work correctly. Either downgrade the WP to the previous version or wait for the Massive addons plugin update, when they release fix for this https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=109&filter=all#comment_24928281 Also, you can temporary disable the Massive addons plugin.

Take our apologies that you faced compatibility issues with that plugin. Unfortunately, the latest 5.5 update of the WordPress caused a lot of issues for many themes and plugins. All we can do in this case is to wait for the update from the plugin author.

    Regards
