    And for the 1st problem:
    The products images don’t display on iPad Pro or similar small-size pad,
    I have deleted and re-installed the browser ( tried with Google Chrome and Firefox).

    The images still seem to be disappeared

    The product images only show up when touching the screen (enlarged version will show then)

    Not sure what has caused this issue? Do you have any suggestion?

    I have applied the code in the custom CSS and tried to clear the cache, however, it doesn’t seem to take effect yet.
    Could you pls have a check?

    Hi Tyler,

    Sorry to bother again, but just found another issue with the small screen (Ipad)

    I’m using a plugin “a3 lazy load” to optimize the speed by lazy loading the images (which works perfectly on normal size screen desktop & mobile)

    However, I just found that the product images don’t show up on the smaller resolution (For example, Ipad)

    Screenshot is attached in the private section, could you pls have a check at your convenience?
    Is there anything I can do to avoid such error (I do really want to keep the a3 lazy load working to have a better loading speed.)

    I got it.
    Thank you, actually I noticed that, the URL clicked on the TAB is different to the one that is indexed in Google.

    I’ll consult the problem with Google Support team, and if the problem still exists, I’ll then try the WPKraken team, thanks again for your suggestion!

    Could you have a check of the first code again, please?
    I have tried to add the code to the theme options, however, the problem seems to be still existed.

    The text displays right on the medium to large screen, but it doesn’t work the same on the smaller resolution.

    Just have a quick question:

    I have now added the following rules in my case:
    Disallow: /?s=
    Disallow: /search/
    Disallow: /?mst_cplfvc_page_epx=

    However, it seems this would only stop the robots crawling, but I suppose the URL mentioned above is already indexed in Google, is there anything I can do to no-index the URLs with such query string?
    ( /?mst_cplfvc_page_epx= )

    It seems I have not made the 1st issue clear.

    The left padding is a bit too narrow, and the text is almost to the end of the box.

    Can I increase some padding to the left?

    Hi Tyler,

    The problem is found with the Firefox browser, I do have cleared the cache on the backend, and refreshed the page but the problem still exists.

    But I think it’s no big issue, we’ll leave this problem to the next updates of the Firefox browser and see how’s it going

    For your information:

    I really would love to either
    1) changing the text “SHIPPING ADDRESS” to ” SHIPPING ADDRESS – THE SAME AS YOUR BILLING INFO”
    2) Or remove the “SHIPPING ADDRESS” completely.

    Thank you for your help, actually we’ve reverted the website to its 4.xx version for now. I’m considering to create a staging website in a few days later and then we can change the styles and push the staging to live site then.

    —Before that, May I ask you to have a check of a small icon bug after restoring the site?

    Hello, Olga.

    We’re facing the exact same problem that the old CSS and layouts (and some of the must-use function) are gone.

    I’m just wondering if you could possibly update a version just with the upgration of the site performance (For example the Speed Optimization) without affecting the old CSS?

    I have attached the screenshot below in the private content of the errors appeared on my website. Hopefully you could have a check and let me know if you have any good suggestion.

    Hello Olga

    I’m just a bit confused which solution should I take to resolve the site down issue?
    1) If I need to re-upload the et-core, which version should I re-upload to recover the site to its normal status?
    2) Or I just need to wait for you to update the plugin in order to integrate with the 4.28.1 version?
    3) Or should I update the theme to the latest version as well as the latest et core? (Tried this one but seems not working.)

    Thank you for so quick reply.

    Actually I was just kept trying to restoring the site and hopefully these info can be useful for you:

    1) It(the backup) is only working for the version on the date of Sep 20th. (Not working for the later backups.)

    2) I have also tried to update to the latest theme and the core, but no lucky.

    I will wait for you to resolve this issue and try out again later on.

    UPDATE:

    —I have restored the whole website from the latest backup on the server.
    —I am able to access to the WordPress backend now, but it shows up the message to say ERROR 504 – Gateway Time Out on the front end.

    Can you please let me know the reason? I thought the restoring of the website would totally 100% revert the site to its latest version?

    (I do have contacted the server support and they said the issue is from the theme as they have tested from the PHP version to plugins compatibility, so I kindly come here for any of your advice.)

    1) First of all thank you I have checked and it worked perfectly. Thank you!

    2) However, unfortunately, I have updated the core plugin as it reminded me to do so.

    And the website is crashed now and I cannot get access to the backend either. (HTTP 500 ERROR)
    Just wondering if you have any solutions?

    (FTP and WP login credentials are attached in the private section)

    If the problem cannot be fixed, fortunately, I have backed up the site with the plugin “UpdraftPlus” before the core update, would you please let me know how can I recover the site from the latest UpdraftPlus backup?)

    Just one more quick question, as I mentioned above, can you please have a check?

    The icons at the bottom of the mega menu (which is created by the static block) are weirdly disappeared… (sometimes they appear correct and when refreshing the page, they are all gone…)
