If I remove this code and use a plugin like Code Snippets to add the code would this work if I updated the Theme?

Would it be possible for you to send me the functions.php like it should be for the site not to break? I will upload this to the site and then update. I can then add the custom code using Code Snippets plugin.

I’m very disappointed with the response time, I’ve just had to restore a backup because of how long it took. Please check attachment I upgraded to this version of the theme and it bricked the site.

Thank you, I can see the promo text is removed however, I can’t see the promo text as an option to add elsewhere to the header.

The bottom header once resized cannot be fully expanded to the last block as can be seen in the screenshot.

Thanks for the response.

You asked that I disable AMP, I already know there is no issue when AMP is disabled. The issue occurs when AMP is enabled so what you’ve stated is what we already knew.

Do you want me to enable AMP again so you can look into why this isn’t functioning properly?

It works fine without XStore AMP but I would like AMP to be enabled.

For now I have deactivated wp rocket because customers can’t use the site properly, it seems the site is changing between amp and non amp. Please see video in private content, when selecting a product category it then loads up the product without clicking it, then in the final video you can see the product can not be added to the cart and the add button just keeps loading.

I have disabled the CDN and also disabled the “Mobile Optimization”. I am trying to “Load Javascript Deferred” however, when I do this the same issue occurs and when clicking a category is goes onto a product page. Is there any javascripts I could exclude so that this doesn’t happen?

On the default Woocommerce theme it does not show the full product name it only shows the Child product, with Xstore it shows the Grouped product > Child.

This worked. Thank you.

So back to my original issue, when I open the basket I can see the products but clicking on them goes to the child product instead of the grouped product.
The child products are all hidden but they still show when a user clicks on the link. Is there a way to stop child products being viewed and also when they click on the products in the basket it goes to the main grouped product page.

Hi,

I need a bit of help regarding the main and child theme. As you correctly mentioned I used the main theme and thought I had lost all of my settings, due to this I made changes to the main theme but now the child theme seems to be affected as I don’t have the product category list on when browsing the catalogue. Is it possible to reset the settings on the main theme so that the child theme is showing correctly?

Hi,

I tried changing the theme, but when changing back to xstore my settings have all gone. Luckily I have a backup stored somewhere else. Can you let me know which files I need to restore so that I can restore all my previous settings?
