Hi Jeroen, I think i am facing similar situation like yours. Did you try install all plugins at once as batch installation?

If some plugin fails to install (but not all) can you please try to click to install it one by one (mouse over plugin name and the link “install” will appear under each plugin name)

If you failed to install this way still, you will see a bit more details in error message. Please share with me, mine is: Download failed. Couldn’t resolve host ‘med-of-march2015.com’

Dear Eva,

I cleared cache every time and still it does not work. I even cleared everything from the “beginning of time” (in Chrome browser)

The URL that caused problem is: http://elvira.co.th/

However, i found one interesting thing today, i just found that http://elvira.co.th/en/ works perfectly fine

but the default language of our site is “THAI” and http://elvira.co.th still does not work…

I’m sorry for late reply.

Here is the thing, the 404 page current shows on here: http://elvira.co.th/

The weird thing is… it keeps occurring once in a while and every time when you check it, it seems to be resolved by itself — if you did not do anything with it.

Now the problem came back and it persisted more than 6 hours already.

please help us take a look 🙂

Dear Eva & Robert,

The problem still persisted … 🙁 It is so weird, i saw the site shows nicely few hours after Robert requested for my FTP. Then, today I see this 404 page came back again.

There was nobody touching this “Settings > Reading” part for sure. I just wonder what did Robert do to solve the issue last time? you just uploaded new sets of theme and plugin??

Thank you very much for your reply. However, it does not work, I saved the setting as you’ve suggested and seems like WP dose not pick up the setting i chose.

Dear Team, i provided login details in private content already.

i already verified that i just downloaded latest version of visual composer and its ultimate add-on from your site (provided link above)

i reinstalled everything and still the issue persisted.

please try to use “Modal box” from visual composer (page or post are fine)

you will see the error.
