Have tried multiple times but the button is dead so adding onto this https://thethornhillcalverley.co.uk/product/margherita-pizza/ we are using Woocommerce add ons, and after testing, have established that X-Store is conflicting with the plugin and not “adding on” the toppings, https://thethornhillcalverley.co.uk/staging/product/margherita-pizza/ unlike here with Storefront running. Is this something you can look into please? Don’t want to have to redesign the whole site just to get a plugin to work!!!

That is already turned on. There is clearly an issue as fine on all other devices apart from tablet landscape, and I use background iages with an empty space on almost all sites, and no issues. What is the issue here!?

Your changes have not made any difference – assuming you made them to the image at the top of the home page? I can’t see any 150px padding on that one? My client did all of the design, at his insistence, against my advice, and I have had to fix a number of things for him, but he insisted on long, complex pages and, after launch is now annoyed as his staff are making fun of the site! How can we fix this issue? I am going to have to go through and hide many elements on mobile, and maybe tablet if this is not solvable!

Hi Tickera uses the post featured image size as per blogs. We have it on many sites and since recent updates, of XStore, many images for Tickera and also blog posts are showing at different crop ratios, some quite random! Tickera has no image settings. See also https://thelimes.online/art-school-the-limes/artists-workshops/ and https://horseridingcentre.co.uk/events/ and for blog posts (and I did put a ticket in for this earlier this year but got no response) https://feeldesign.co.uk/category/news/ all using XStore, which has been fine for blog posts etc for years till around summertime this year. I spoved using a custom post grid on our site, but that won’t work for Tickera so we need a sizing solution for featured images as it is totally ignoring some cropping, and then cropping others!!!!

Thank you for that, hopefully a fix at some point. My client, who is adding content and design mostly by himself, is keen on the feature, but, I have pointed out, from the stats package we run, less than 5% of visitors are on tablet, it’s mostly desktop, then 10% phones as it is a B2B site. Fingers crossed for a fix though!!

Hi – I am confused – as your video shows it working on the same url as my failure https://samuelsmithsbrewery.co.uk/staging/wp-admin/ – for me it does not respond on changing the options, and the countries do not save, and you are making it work without turning off the child theme or plugins??!!! Clearing my cache did not work – I edited the counties to {{{London, UK ??}}}; {{{York, UK ??}}}; {{{Leeds, UK ??}}}; {{{Manchester, UK ??}}}; {{{Liverpool, UK ??}}}; {{{Preston, UK ??}}}; {{{Bedale, UK ??}}}; {{{Ripon, UK ??}}}; {{{Bradford, UK ??}}}; {{{Sheffield, UK ??}}}; {{{Cardiff, UK ??}}}; {{{Newcastle, UK ??}}}; and they reverted to the standard ones after I activated fake live viewing – for simplicity I will just turn the country off – except that won;t save either. . We can’t disable the third party plugins as all are needed for site function. As you are able to do it, can you enter that list of countries and see if it saves. This whole part of the theme seems rather buggy, I appreciate it is new. Thanks!

Ideally I would swap to X-Store theme as we use that a lot, but it won’t activate, even though it is installed and a license code added but Woopress won’t “go away”!

Thanks, I’d not been in the site for a long time, I suspect the new marketing lady the client had employed and given access had done that as she knew nothing about wordpress at all but did say she’d tried to edit the header, I always just publish. I will let her know. If she does it again, how do you fix it?

We need the excerpt as the customer wanted the dimensions etc to show on the category page, we believe there was an issue with the html code as had been exported from a very old site, non wordpress, as a csv, and the coding of the fraction symbols was causing an issue, my developer changed them with find and replace, as when any of the short descriptions were edited, it removed all formatting and line breaks! The job has been a real pain because of having to import multiple fields from a non standard, very ancient site!!! Thanks
