    Nothing has changed on the website recently, other than regular plugin and theme updates.

    Thanks for the update and your assistance on this issue.

    I followed your instructions, used the plugin, and purged everything on Cloudflare. The scrolling functionality now works perfectly.
    I will let you know if I encounter any further issues with the new theme update.

    Dear Jack,

    Thank you for addressing some of the issues; however, a critical problem remains unresolved. When I click on the Reviews tab at the top of the product page, the page rapidly scrolls down to the Reviews section but then immediately scrolls back up, making it impossible to effectively access customer reviews.

    Given the ongoing inconvenience and the importance of this functionality for our site usability, please address this specific issue urgently and thoroughly. Your prompt assistance in resolving this fully is highly appreciated.

    I appreciate your follow-up, but your response has unfortunately not resolved any of the critical issues I’ve reported. Given the significant time difference between Europe and the US, our repeated back-and-forth communications without a real resolution are becoming increasingly detrimental to our business operations.

    To reiterate clearly:

    The Single Product Tabs issue is not isolated; it universally affects all product pages. A temporary CSS fix for a single tab is insufficient and does not address the core problem.

    The “All Departments” menu, Product Categories selection, and the auto-suggestion feature in the search bar remain broken. Disabling the plugin you referenced (https://prnt.sc/VTlLHX2q9smw) was one of the initial troubleshooting steps I completed before even opening this ticket, and I confirmed once again that disabling this plugin has no effect—these issues persist.

    In addition to the previously reported issues, product images on all product pages have now stopped displaying entirely, further exacerbating the critical impact on our site’s usability and functionality.

    Given the severity and urgency of these issues—which clearly started immediately after updating to version 9.5—I kindly but firmly request:

    Immediate escalation of this ticket to a senior technician who can thoroughly investigate and address these problems.

    If a prompt and effective resolution cannot be provided urgently, assistance in safely reverting our website to the last stable version (9.4.x) before these critical issues began.

    Your immediate attention to this matter is crucial and highly appreciated.

    Additionally, we’ve identified more critical issues related to this theme update:
    The “Shop By Category” menu is not opening.
    The Categories menu in the search bar is broken.

    The search functionality no longer provides suggestions after typing three letters.

    Thank you for your reply, but I am disappointed by the response. As clearly mentioned, the issue is occurring universally on all product pages and specifically relates to the “Single Product Tabs” feature.

    To reiterate:

    After updating to Xstore theme version 9.5, the “Single Product Tabs” section (which includes WPBakery content like the Full Description and Reviews tabs) is not displaying. I had to move the Full Description out of Tabs, but reviews are NOT shown and can not be removed from Tabs.

    This issue isn’t isolated—it consistently appears across all product pages.

    The troubleshooting steps I’ve already performed include clearing caches, verifying/updating plugins, manually re-uploading theme files, and checking WPBakery settings and shortcodes.

    Given the critical nature of this issue and the extensive troubleshooting already performed, I kindly ask that this matter be escalated immediately to a senior support specialist. It’s essential that this issue be addressed promptly and accurately to avoid further unnecessary delays.

    It appears that the issue is with the Single Product Tabs, which is not displaying. I moved Full Description out of Tabs, and now it’s shown again, but it’s not possible to do this for customer reviews. I appreciate you fixing this problem ASAP.

    I must admit I am quite confused. How could you have edited the header content if you are now asking for the URL and WP-Admin access? The website in question, as mentioned before, is gobee.io — this has been clearly stated from the beginning of our conversation.

    Additionally, I find it very inconvenient to wait over 24 hours for a response that unfortunately does not address the issue and appears to show very little attention to the details I have already provided.

    I would appreciate it if you could review the full thread carefully and provide a more effective solution without further delays.

    I would appreciate if you let me know how you fixed the mobile layout issue. also I need to have breadcrumbs available on shop and product pages, but disabled on the website mainpage and other pages. Could you help me fix this please?

    Thanks a lot. I could import all those templates, however copy/paste function is still not working. Importing elements from the imported library will import all the styles to the page, which is very inconvenient. It would be much better to have ither the copy/paste issue resolved or apply it to the Xstore imported elements.

    Secondly, I need your help with designing the mobile layout. Whenever I change the layout to tablet or mobile on the Elementor editor and make changes, the layout will change for the desktop too.

    or the template for the first page? I don’t want to import it as a demo, I want to add the first page as a template to Elementor My Templates. If there is a way to import other pages from other demos, that would be great!

    Hi Tony,
    I just updated my theme to the latest one, and the website looks broken. Looks like an incompatibility between the new theme and plugins, most probably with LottiePlayer.

    It would be good you ask about my decision before taking any actions.
    I have removed
    add_action( ‘init’, function() {
    update_option( ‘wc_feature_woocommerce_brands_enabled’, ‘no’ );
    } );
    from functions.php but the Woo Core Brand menu is back, what else should I do to undo what you did?
    I appreciate if you consider this az an urgent and reply quickly.
