    Hi,
I’m wondering if it is possible to have a subscription product listed on the Cart Page, so the client can add it to their carts there. I couldn’t find that option in the Advanced Cart Page builder.

    Thank you so much!

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @Farhad,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We are pleased to inform you that it is indeed feasible to include a subscription product on the Cart Page.

To accomplish this, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Utilize the XStore builders and navigate to the Cart Page Builder.
    2. Add the Product Carousel Widget.
    3. For the Data Source, please select ‘Featured Products’ and proceed to update the settings.

    Subsequently, you are requested to:

    1. Go to the WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Select ‘Products’ followed by ‘All Products’.
    3. Choose the products that you wish to display as featured on the Cart Page.

Once you have completed these steps, we invite you to review your Cart Page to see the changes.

    Hello, @Farhad,

    Thank you for your response.

Upon reviewing your website, we have ascertained that the WPBakery Page Builder is currently in use. This has been identified as the primary factor preventing modifications to the layout of the cart page.

We would like to inform you that the XStore Cart Page Builder is exclusively compatible with the Elementor Page Builder at this time.

For further guidance and to optimize your experience with our theme, we kindly invite you to consult our comprehensive documentation, which can be found at the following link: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/193-xstore-cart-page-builder-with-elementor

We trust this information will be of assistance to you. Should you have any further inquiries or require additional support, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Does this mean it’s impossible to make a custom cart page in my case? Obviously, it’s not possible to change WPBakery to Elementor.
    How would custom coding work?

    Hello, @Farhad,

We regret to inform you that currently, the creation of a custom layout for the cart page is not possible with wp-bakery plugin, as the XStore builders are only compatible with the Elementor plugin.

Please post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ -If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist should you have any further inquiries.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
