Further info. I tried a different plugin for email “YayMail – WooCommerce Email Customizer” and it worked OK and modified emails arrived

One other question when you hover over a product you have two icons that appear – one to ADD TO CART and one to view Quick View. Is there way to disable ADD TO CART? Reason I ask I have found products that need uploaded images that require before adding to cart can be bypassed by clicking the ADD TO CART when hoovered and want to switch that off.

Strange this plugin works on the other four Xstore websites I have without any issues. On the staging site I setup this plugin is disabled and this issue actually still exists?

I set up a Staging site with all plugins except Xstore, Elementor and Woocommerce disabled and issue 1 still appears. I sent login details for you to have a look and is still the same.
I tried your suggestions but couldn’t get the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT text to be white. The button below it changes but this one doesn’t seem to change

Those are correct. The SPOOKY BABY & WHITE COLOUR only comes on 0-6months to 24-36months. So When customer selects SPOOKY BABY then WHITE it should cross out the other sizes as those aren’t available.
SPOOKY DAUGHTER and WHITE are also correct colours. Again when selected the other sizes should cross or grey out?

Really sorry never noticed someone had added a plugin. I removed it and made sure to just use the Xstore version.
However still can’t get that if you select a SPOOKY FAMILY MEMBER and then COLOUR you are just limited to sizes available for that.
Is there anything I have missed?

Thanks below link to two videos. One shows the website working correctly and the other video shows once you select a product option the bottom below the cart overlaps the RELATED PRODUCTS and FOOTER
Thanks for solving issue I thought it was strange one popup working and another not.
The header plugin I just installed to get Pininterest to identify the site will remove this plugin.

Thanks for the replay I switched all caching off but still doesn’t show correctly. I switched off all plugins as well and still the same. Very strange what’s causing it. I think I will have to disable this function at the moment unless you can think of any other cause.
Quick question on the CART page there is GREEN that appears wonder where this is to change colour

Added the CSS but Search does seem to move and disappear. I did reduce its size off icon but it still seems to disappear or move to the left as page loads on mobile
