    Seems there is some conflict between the theme and WordPress.
    We recommend you to reinstall the latest version of WordPress and install the theme on a clear CMS.
    Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database.

    Hello,

    In a child theme you need write only the code that you want to be changed and not copy the whole file.
    Please specify what changes you’ve made in theme-functions.php to be able to check them.

    Uncheck “Hard Crop” for products images in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab as shown in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce and then regenerate thumbnails with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ as recommended by Woocommerce.

    Please set images dimensions in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab as shown in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce
    Then regenerate thumbnails with the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ as recommended by Woocommerce team.

    Please contact your host and ask them to enable allow_url_fopen function and increase the values for upload_max_filesize and post_max_size functions to 20M.
    After that try to import data again.
