    You don’t even consider fixing it?

    I mean there are a lot of people out there using variations. The plugin I have described is the only one that can handle price changes in bulk for variations. All websites using variations have to eventually change prices for all products due to inflation. Hence the plugin is effective as it can raise prices of all products at once by percent.

    It would probably be a very easy fix for your developers. Especially since all parts of your theme are compatible, except for the single product page and the shop page.

    Would you please send it up one tier and see what they say at least?

    Thank you

    Ajax “Add to Cart” is already disabled. The fact is, it does put it correctly to the cart.
    So it fetched the right value of price to put in the widget, however it does not show the right price on the top of the single product page.

    My guess is that the php is not getting the right object for price.

    However, I do not no anything about this.

    I can also confirm, that when I am adding a product which has product addons functionality to it it works fine.

    I have increased the products price with 5% with the Bulk edit plugin mentioned before. The price
    4621 * 1,05 = 4852,05 kr (actual new price)

    I will give you an example:
    I choose an addon for 200kr.
    as you can see here http://snag.gy/VeUJX.jpg

    I then go to the bottom and see that the addon is 200kr making the total price 5052,05kr
    http://snag.gy/XbkwU.jpg

    5052,05 – 200 = 4852,05 kr

    So this plugin actually is displaying the correct sum.

    So I would need the single product page and shop pages to use the prices that the product addons plugin is using. That price is also used later when adding it to the cart even without addons.

    However, the shop and the single product page main price is not using the correct price to display.

    How can I change that?

    Ok,

    When I put all my css in the boxes as you explain, will they be kept after all updates?

    Also can I use codes like this in the global css box?

    @media all and (max-width: 1000px) and (min-width: 700px) {
    #sidebar ul li a:before {
    content: “Email: “;
    font-style: italic;
    color: #666;
    }
    }

    Thank you!

    Our site doesnt work with a child theme.
    I dont know if you are aware of our numerous problems. We have tried with our child theme and with your “clean” childtheme.
    When we had an active child theme our cart didnt work, hence the reason why we want to use the parent theme. However, our site is running extreamly slow. 1-10 min to enter the site, 10 min to add something to the cart. It is not normal!

    We had included some code in our functions.php like the heartbeat control and to decueue some woocommerce files, and the site was running a bit faster, but still slow..

    Is there another way to include our functions? Like maybe creating a file called custom.functions.php inside the royal theme folder?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    We have made quite a few changes in our child theme,
    and also done a lot of stuff to the functions.php
    How do you suggest we include our functions if we activate your theme?

    We have also put in a font kit. Where should I put that then?

    Hello,

    If you hover on the cart in the header it should display either what you have put inside the cart,
    or “The cart is empty”…

    On some pages this hover effect works, and on some not..

    For instance if you add a product and you are on the shop page, then it works..
    But then if you click on home or blogg or about us it looks like this:

    http://pasteboard.co/1KP9xwiQ.png

    I am using Chroome, Firefox and Safari.

    Hello,

    I have reinstalled the woocommerce folder. Still the cart is not working properly. On Home page and blog page, the products added to the cart do not display in hover.

    Thank you!

    Also an additional bug is that there is different products in the cart on different pages.

    So if I am in —/erbjudanden. it gives me some products, on the …/blogg no products in cart and on shop 2 other products in cart.

    something is broken.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    Thank you for the help!
    now it looks fine everywhere. However, we have had customers now complaining about that they cannot pay for the products they have added to the cart.

    Please check the shop page:

    http://www.ringsofsweden.com/ringar

    and add some rings to the cart and then try purchasing them.

    This is very bad. It also happened right after the update to royal 2.0.

    I hope you can help!

    Hello Robert,

    Thanx for the fix in the header.

    However, the shop page is still not displaying correctly.

    As you can see on http://www.ringsofsweden.com/ringar

    If you look closely the lefthand sidebar has disappeared out to the left. This is a huge problem since the whole navigation is gone..

    Do you know what might be causing this?

    Hello Eva,

    Yes I am aware of that.

    I want them in the Additional Shop widget area above my products just like it is

    But as you can see in the picture http://snag.gy/bwLM3.jpg

    They have shrunk and have halved in size and are floated left, so both widgets take up 50% of the are, like 1/4 each. They are suppose to take up 1/2 each

    Those two widgets should take up the whole width like this http://snag.gy/AxJ0h.jpg

    Do you know what I mean now?

    I can also not translate:

    “no products were found”

    When somebody is doing a search.

    I found the “return to shop” button, but the main text I cant find even after updating everything and searching for new strings.

    Where can I translate “no products were found”?

    Hello,

    It has been disabled all the time so that is not the problem.

    I have already written the solution to this above that I have gotten from the Woothemes developers

    Will your development team fix this issue? Please read the solutions that I have provided on the 13th of feb and the 16th of feb

    We can not live our clients e-shop as the product options won’t work:

    – The added prices do not add to the total price
    – The added texts (i.e. for engraving) do not appear in the order for the customer or in the backend for the manager to see.
    – Pictures uploaded by the customer does not get uploaded and can’t be seen by the website admin.

    Thanks

    Hi again,

    I have another answer regarding this issue.

    I truly hope that you can update your code so that the theme will work properly..

    “Here’s the root cause for the problems that you are seeing. The function et_woocommerce_add_to_cart located in framework/woo.php on line 1350 is throwing a fatal error.

    Within that function – on line 1381 there is a call to $woocommerce->set_messages(); which would indicate that the theme wants to call the set_messages method of some object. In that case, the variable $woocommerce is undefined (it should be an object) – I would assume that the intention is that they want to use the global $woocommerce object there, but that class/object has no method called set_messages so that makes it very much unclear what the intention really is, nor can I find a function or method called set_messages anywhere in the royal theme.

    Complete removal of that function results in a successful add to cart operation.”

    Hi!

    This is prop what your developers need for implementing and getting the Product Add ons and product options to work.

    public function __construct() {
    // Styles
    add_action( ‘get_header’, array( $this, ‘styles’ ) );
    add_action( ‘wc_quick_view_enqueue_scripts’, array( $this, ‘addon_scripts’ ) );

    // Addon display
    add_action( ‘woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_button’, array( $this, ‘display’ ), 10 );
    add_action( ‘woocommerce-product-addons_end’, array( $this, ‘totals’ ), 10 );

    // Change buttons/cart urls
    add_filter( ‘add_to_cart_text’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_text’), 15 );
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_product_add_to_cart_text’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_text’), 15 );
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_add_to_cart_url’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_url’ ), 10, 1 );
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_product_add_to_cart_url’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_url’ ), 10, 1 );

    // View order
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_order_item_display_meta_value’, array( $this, ‘fix_file_uploaded_display’ ) );
    }

    When can we expect this do be done?

    Thanks

    I also go this

    “We fixed this issue for you by adding dependency of ‘wp-color-picker’ in class-vc-base.php for composer-atts.js file. This fix also will be available in 4.4.3 (approximately in next week).

    But if you can please contact theme author and ask to dequeue script from unnecessary places (admin.js as I told is not needed everywhere only on edit/add page not in backup bage for example – this can in future cause same js errors).

    And also as you can see in console some unrelated to visual composer javascript errors appears from modernizr and theme admin.js -> imageLoaded js seems to be not loaded.

    Hi Eva,

    I have been in contact now with the WP Bakery team regarding this error, and the following seems to be the error.. Please read their answer and I hope your development team can fix the code asap:

    “Ok by investigating an issue source, we found that something trying to enqueu script composer-atts when it is not needed.

    This enquing by:
    `
    etheme_admin_js
    `
    label
    file located

    string(75) “https://www.ringsofsweden.com/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/js/admin.js”

    and this dependencies is:
    array(3) {

    [0]=>

    string(10) “wpb_php_js”

    [1]=>

    string(23) “wpb_js_composer_js_view”

    [2]=>

    string(31) “wpb_js_composer_js_custom_views”

    }

    where wpb_js_composer_js_view and wpb_js_composer_js_custom_views is enquing without needs. I mean that theme “royal” author should remove this dependencies or fix code.

    I also think that this file simply must not be enqueued in all admin pages – just only “edit page or new page”.

    Might this also be the issue why the theme is running/loading so slow?

    Hi Eva,

    I have given him a copy of the theme to check out and he will get back to me.

    However, we are speaking to a few people on woothemes and another developer has responded with these hooks:

    “The following hooks should be enough for what your theme author needs:

    public function __construct() {
    // Styles
    add_action( ‘get_header’, array( $this, ‘styles’ ) );
    add_action( ‘wc_quick_view_enqueue_scripts’, array( $this, ‘addon_scripts’ ) );

    // Addon display
    add_action( ‘woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_button’, array( $this, ‘display’ ), 10 );
    add_action( ‘woocommerce-product-addons_end’, array( $this, ‘totals’ ), 10 );

    // Change buttons/cart urls
    add_filter( ‘add_to_cart_text’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_text’), 15 );
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_product_add_to_cart_text’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_text’), 15 );
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_add_to_cart_url’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_url’ ), 10, 1 );
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_product_add_to_cart_url’, array( $this, ‘add_to_cart_url’ ), 10, 1 );

    // View order
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_order_item_display_meta_value’, array( $this, ‘fix_file_uploaded_display’ ) );
    }

    I will get back to you on what the other one says..

    Thanks

    Hello Eva,

    This is the answer I got from them.

    “I’d be happy to help with that – to the extent possible.

    I can’t point you or them to anything without digging a bit deeper. I see basically two options to get the information that I need.

    1) Can you ask the theme developer if it would be o.k. to provide me with a current copy of the theme to me so I can find, exactly, where the incompatibility is – this is my preferred option as I don’t have to muck about with your site and potentially break things.

    2) If option 1 won’t work can you provide an admin login and password for your site and also a direct link to a product where this problem is happening. This option has the least chance for success, but I can, at the very least, probably get some error messages that would be helpful to the theme developer.”

    Can we do nr 1?

    Thanks,
    Emelie

    I used debug mode to find the issues that are happening to me,
    and instead of solving them you just disable debug?

    There are quite a few errors running through the theme and it is surely taking up a lot of time (and money) to solve it all by spending time in support.

    It truly is a beautiful and inclusive theme but there is still a lot to develop and fix on your end.

    Thanks

    But they are even bigger than that,
    so the theme resizes them and make them smaller and they get pixelated.
