Thank you for the update, everything is working fine now, thank you for the help
Thank you, we didn’t see something that caused that, can you remember what the css was?
Thanks, I see the patcher now and have applied the patches, not seeing any changes tho on the thumbnails under the main product image …
see private for url
Oh, found it, but got no patchers in the menu
Not seeing any XStore Control Panel, where is this located? got a direct url?
Yes, all sorted now, thank you.
Yes, we use a different variations gallery that allowed popup previews and other options that we needed (cool plugin, be great if yours could be expanded upon to offer the same functionality built in).
Theme is now updated and I note you’ve tweaked the settings for the home page widgets and everything appears to be working correctly now.
Thanks for the help!
We love this theme.
Figured out the problem … lazy loading (in the product widget settings) was enabled and that’s the issue.
With lazy loading enabled, it:
WILL show simple products
WON’T show variable products
Works fine for us, just tried it to check
See private details
Haven’t found which plugin (if any) is causing the issue
Login should work now.
It looks like it is showing “simple” products, but none of the “variable” products (tho everything is showing correctly in Elementor, just not on the front end).
OK, thank you.
Because your version doesn’t give us a big popup image of the variation on mouseover which we needed when adding 40+ different variation swatches
Thank you!
You are correct, our mistake, the arrows ARE there, just not visible very easily on that particular image, so we’ll make some adjustments to how it looks and we should be all good.
Thanks for the assist, and apologies for wasting your time.
Bizarre, it doesn’t show in any browser for us for that particular page.
On this page (http://bustedbling.cmykdevelopment.com/product/long-leg-cast-brace-covers-youth/) it has the arrows disabled on hover.
On this page (http://bustedbling.cmykdevelopment.com/product/short-leg-cast-brace-covers-youth/) which is a duplicate but with different content, it shows the arrows on hover.
You are seeing left and right arrows next the main product image?
We have caching disabled whilst developing and we still don’t see them here on this product, yet see them fine on the other product mentioned.
