Hmm and it’s hiding everything, not just author (we want to show time/date stamp).

Switching back to main theme for now. I am stumped!

Hmm, I added to custom CSS and it didn’t work?

Oh wait do I need to create a child theme to do this? I saved as custom CSS under the main theme and it isn’t making any changes.

I’m just concerned about making a child theme because we did that for our other client’s site built on Royal and it screwed up the footer (someone who is an admin on here is logged in now trying to help fix it).

Let me know – I am willing to try it if need be, just concerned!

The footer on equiflexsleeve.com is still formatted wrong?? It’s missing the Facebook widget on the right side bottom, and the padding around the header is all cutoff. I checked the static blocks used to create this section and all the settings are correct, and if I switch back to the main theme from the child theme, the footer is automatically fixed.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks!

Really weird – it mostly works but entirely broke our footer and hid the static blocks. When I try to adjust and reinstate our footer, it only displays the countdown timer and deletes the Facebook widgetized item on the right and the About static block on the left.

I made the main theme live again, and had to deactivate the child theme, but can’t figure out why it overrode the footer????

Yes and there should be a page for that – when you go to portfolio > categories you can view the category page (there is a URL for it).

Yes I’ve tried using GA code in the theme options, in the WooCommerce Options and tested multiple plugins and it doesn’t work for this site. Something with the theme is interfering with the e-commerce tracking only. everything else works fine.

The plugin reverted when I cloned over to the live site. All credentials are the same, the main URL changed from equiflexsleeve.horseflydigital.com to equiflexsleeve.com. Can you update the Master Slider plugin again please? Thank you very much!

If I set the header image to fixed (not move with text) it seems to work okay on all browsers. But if I set it to move with text, it has issues.

I updated the theme and we still get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function woocommerce_get_template() in /home/webx/public_html/equiflexsleeve/wp-content/themes/royal/taxonomy-portfolio_category.php on line 5

    PLEASE HELP

    http://equiflexsleeve.horseflydigital.com/projects_cat/endurance/

Fatal error: Call to undefined function woocommerce_get_template() in /home/webx/public_html/equiflexsleeve/wp-content/themes/royal/taxonomy-portfolio_category.php on line 5

I also need to change the breadcrumbs from saying “projects” to success stories, or something similar. How/where do I do this?

Site is GiddupGear.com. The Horseflydigital version is a dev-only version.

    WooCommerce works fine.
    Google Analytics STILL does not.

Update: resolved memory issue. Resolved PayPal issue via gateway with order status (on hold vs. processing).

    STILL OUTSTANDING:

Google Analytics e-commerce (basic tracking works, e-commerce does not)
    Lack of order notification emails

Please help us resolve the two remaining issues.
    Thank you.
