Hi Jack, We have the site on a dedicated server without FTP access – I will endeavour to move the site on Monday next week to a shared server (cpanel) with FTP access.
Could you please notify me if indeed the problem is solved via catrine87 enquiry.
In addition, I went into Visual composer setting and clicked on all the radio button to activate to use on all the pages, including, products?!?!

Hi Eva, Thanks, yes I tried removing all the plugins to if that there was indeed any conflict – Unfortunately It appears there all working OK – Any other suggestions?
