The CDN and all caches were cleared after setting the sort order for the products. And as I said, we are not using the customizer, and the page lists the products with the WP Bakery Post Grid widget with the category selected and the sort order set to Menu order/Page order ascending.

Thanks! I am not comfortable providing FTP access to the live site, and can’t easily do that for the development server. I can make code changes myself if you tell me what to change or which scripts to replace. If not, when will the next update be released?

Don’t know anything about a new header builder, but I just started using this theme last week and am actively developing a new site, and configured the header using the default functionality. I applied the updates just now and everything I had customized in the header and footer is gone.

So I’m going to have to spend an hour trying to restore the prior version of the theme and core plugin and see if I can get my customizer settings back without losing the changes I made to the site today.

Which also means that I can’t trust any future updates that may come along…
