Hello, @Ffoot,
The theme does not have the option to have an individual widget area for every category you have. Only description area, but you can’t use widgets there. Change you want to require customization or you can use any third-party plugins that suit you, at your own risk.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @AshleyW,
Sound’s Good!! Finally, you find the culprit 🙂
You can contact Plugin Support to Clarify this because we do not tested that plugin officially and Our theme is compatible with these two cache plugins. WP Super Cache plugin and W3 Total Cache plugin, you can use any one of them as per your requirements.

.woocommerce nav.woocommerce-breadcrumb{width:100% !important;}
Note: If your issue is not resolved then please share your site wp-admin URL and access with us I will fix it on your site.

Hello, @AshleyW,
I don’t see any issue on the site I have checked the shop page, and categories pages here are the screenshots of all those pages you can see here: https://postimg.cc/ZB1XLp03 and https://postimg.cc/tnpNy4Mw and https://postimg.cc/R31TYtPK also I have checked your issue by login and here is the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/k2TJvYCb it appears just fine.
So this seems to be the cache issue only, If you have any server cache then please flush it and disable it for a while and then remove your site cache and deactivate the cache plugins and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache. I hope it will work for you as well.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @Diollo Store,
The products category page inherits the layout of the Shop page, all available settings you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce.

Hello, @Tal,
There is no option to show the stock number on the shop page. You can try to implement that by additional customization only, check this post for example https://www.sefat.net/display-stock-status-and-quantity-in-woocommerce-shop-page-grid-view/
Or submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

Hello, @bnourse,
Our breadcrumbs function you can find here /xstore/framework/template-elements.php and /xstore/woocommerce/global/breadcrumb.php. Don’t forget to activate the child theme and do all the changes there to avoid problems with theme updates in the future https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @Linda,
I have debugged your site and found the issue.
1) I activate the parent theme and the header is gone then I again activate the child theme the header appears.
2) Your child theme is creating the issues so please first download it and then delete the child theme.
3) Create the header again and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
4) Then create the child theme again if you want to use it and you can copy and paste the Customize code from the downloaded Child Theme to the new one, one by one.
I made a video for you here is the link to the video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/w0juil
I hope your issue will be resolved.
Regards 8Theme Team.
Hello, @Paulbrad1,
Sure, I hope they will guide you or solve your issue.
Yes, I agree with it. It is right that it’s working on the shop page because the shop page is an Archive page and you can not edit the Archive page with page builder, only those pages have the issue which is made/editable using Elementor page builder.
Hope this is clear enough now.
Regards 8Theme Team.
Hello, @Linda,
I am sorry but you didn’t provide admin access to the provided account, I am not able to change anything on your site, so please allow admin access.
Regards 8Theme Team.
Hello, @Paulbrad1,
This seems to be the issue of Elementor with WordPress.
Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not?
If the issue will solve by activating the default WordPress Theme, then it will make sure that the issue is because of our theme and then we need your site CPanel Login info for further debugging and if the issue will persist with activating the default WordPress theme, then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to try to contact WordPress or Elementor plugin support and once they will fix the issue with the default WordPress theme, it will automatically work with our theme as well.
Regards 8Theme Team.
Hello, @Linda,
I have just logged in to your site and found that you are using the Child Theme on your site, Have you Customized anything in Child Theme?
Also, I can see you are using third-party plugins as well, so that might be the third-party plugin confliction issue.
So can you please check once with activating the Parent-Theme and deactivating all the third-party plugins of your site, and check back your site after removing the cache, Hope this will resolve your issue, and if not then please provide me the admin access and also the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site customization as well.
Regards 8Theme Team.
