Problema con menu da cellulare che non apre le sottopagine

    Ciao a tutti! Ho un problema con la visualizzazione delle sotto pagine del menù. Da desktop è tutto ok, mentre da mobile non riesco a vedere le sottopagine. Come mai?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Simply go to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Menu then select the mobile menu and then create/edit the menu as per your need like this I added a sub-menu item in the mobile menu on our test site see image: https://postimg.cc/jwy2FbCZ and now check the resulting image it appears fine: https://postimg.cc/Yj9qFYzd

    Ho appena provato ma non è la soluzione. Il problema è sempre uguale anche creando e selezionando il “menu mobile” come suggerito…

    Hello, @Linda,

    I have just logged in to your site and found that you are using the Child Theme on your site, Have you Customized anything in Child Theme?

    Also, I can see you are using third-party plugins as well, so that might be the third-party plugin confliction issue.

    So can you please check once with activating the Parent-Theme and deactivating all the third-party plugins of your site, and check back your site after removing the cache, Hope this will resolve your issue, and if not then please provide me the admin access and also the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site customization as well.

    Hello, @Linda,

    I have debugged your site and found the issue.

    1) I activate the parent theme and the header is gone then I again activate the child theme the header appears.

    2) Your child theme is creating the issues so please first download it and then delete the child theme.

    3) Create the header again and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    4) Then create the child theme again if you want to use it and you can copy and paste the Customize code from the downloaded Child Theme to the new one, one by one.

    Quindi reinstallando il tema dici che il problema del sotto menù da mobile si risolve?
    Ti chiedo anche che differenza c’è tra il tema child e quello normale. Perché nel caso posso anche utilizzare quello normale se è meglio. Potrei ricreare il footer e la parte superiore se si tratta solo di quello. Te hai avuto modo di vedere se cambiando tema il problema è risolto?

    Hello,

    There is no need to switch to the parent theme. I found that issue was caused by
    Rinvia il blocco di visualizzazione JS option of your cache plugin.
    Point is that Combina file JavaScript option should be enabled if you want to use Rinvia il blocco di visualizzazione JS. In other cases, scripts have wrong order and do not work as they should. So, I enabled both options and the mobile menu works fine. Check your site now.

    Siiii ora funziona!!! 🎉🎉 grande!!! Grazie mille! Ma l’opzione che hai selezionato Java script dovrebbe essere obbligatoriamente attiva quindi… giusto? Per quanto riguarda il tema allora dici che non c’è bisogno di cambiarlo? Non c’è nessuna differenza tra il tema genitore è il child?

    Yes, there is no need to switch to the parent theme because the child theme was not the reason of the issue.

    Si stata gentilissima!
    Se posso vorrei approfittare della tua bravura e chiederti se puoi dare un’occhiata anche alle pagine prodotti (anche nella home). Solo da smartphone (io utilizzo iPhone 11 con safari) mi succede che devo obbligatoriamente fare tap due volte sull’ immagine per aprire la pagina prodotto o se voglio aggiungerlo da carrello. Può dipendere sempre dal tema? Come è adesso sembra un malfunzionamento del sito è ho paura che i clienti pensino che non funziona o che il sito è lento.

    I have checked your site the product opens fine with a single tap on the product image here is the video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/id1ym3 there is no issue. I have tested it on iPhone 11 and with the latest Safari browser.
