Hi there, so I have activated the staging site with the same purchase code and it looks like the theme activation is fine however I do not see the variation image gallery like I do on the live site

Hi,

1/ Ok that worked, now another question regarding the sidebar, I am choosing to display the same one thats in use on the shop page however on this new page the sidebar does not appear the same, it does not show all the widgets in the sidebar only the categories widget and the design is not the same either, should I be doing something to make it look the same or should it work out of the box?

2/ Thank you, for some reason it was turned off, did an update change this or do you have any idea why it was turned off?

I do want to edit any of the general layouts of the website because they are all fine, my shop page is full width so the new page I created should be able to be displayed in full width as well but it does not.

I also see another issue now after updates the low stock count does not appear anymore, I had it set to show when there are 2 or less and when there were 2 items in stock it showed the number 2 and so on and when there were more than 2 items it just used to stay in stock or something similar now this does not work, please check why.

Great, I was able to get that far however you missed my question, how do I make the layout full width for my newly created page, I tried setting it to Elementor full width canvas but it doesnt make a difference, I wont that part be identical to my shop page but only calling the products on sale. So to recap, I have the product grid element, I am pulling only the products on sale but the page layout, its width is in box mode and NOT full width, if you could please guide me into making it full width that would be great, thanks.

Looks great, thanks. So moving that language I assume I dont loose any translations that I had already applied right?

Also I want to create a new sale page where only products on sale show, how do I set the page width to be full width just like my shop page?

Actually everything is working perfectly, the attribute terms were added after the second cron so there are no issues, thank yo for replying.

1. Ok thus worked perfectly.

2. I tried to find the pre footer and set it to disable on the shop page but I couldnt find that option, here is a screenshot ofwhat I have:

I did not make this change, was it active by default?

thank you it seems fine now and one other question,

I wanted to use a cache plugin because my site was a bit slow and my server support told me that my server is litespeed so they recommended that plugin, do you agree that this is also good and the best option for your theme?

ok I have updated both but still the same results or maybe worse since now I do not see the instagram feed at all only the endless loader which just messes up my site even more, please assist so I dont get my nagging client to keep contacting me.

Apart from the slider issue, please also note even though instagram feed is displaying there is a loader right on top of it that stays there endlessly

Nevermind the add to cart, I found that I had to also click on an option in woocommerce settings and now it works fine.

But i have another question, how do I display the percentage of a sale on the shop page instead of just the red sale button, so instead of it saying SALE -> -20%, thanks

Hello,

Yes this displays products on sale however if there are no products on sale it still displays all products, is there any way that when you are viewing the url that has ?sale_status=1 does not display anything unless there are products on sale?

Reason I ask is because I will make a button that leads to a url with “?sale_status=1” but if I have nothing on sale and it just displays all random products (not on sale) my clients might think that all of those are on sale.

For the progress bar all the options were DISABLED but after I simply enabled and disabled all of them, it hides that part in the shopping cart popup.

For the add to wish list button, I already changed the text in the single product page and it did not take effect, I also used Loco translate to add a translation for that string but it still does not take effect, please assist with this!

Please check where I have saved my current strings to for the xstore theme, I think i left the default system location but in any case can you confirm this for me since you have access.

And if I did choose author is it possible to simply move them without having to redo from the beginning?

I also have another question regarding setting up the facebook login, I have watched the video and did everything like in the video accept where it asks for the redirect url, I have placed these and not sure if they are correct or not but thats something that you do on your video too:
