Hello,

1) Provide us with the screenshot of the mentioned elements for better understanding. Also, make sure that you enabled Elementor for the Static blocks, Posts, products https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
2) Provide screenshot of the buttons and also link to your site.
3) Enable in the Elementor settings https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
4) Watch video tutorial https://youtu.be/gY-x4m47Duo But instead of WPBakery builder use Elementor.
