We tried to deactivate it from the xstore dashboard but nothing happened. after we refresh the page it was still remain activated.

before this we purged the cache too.

finally woocommerce is active now.

if you help us, we would be very appreciated.

i took a screen record for you. i’ve already wrote my service provider too. but why i cant delete this widget from xstore panel. maybe you can help for this. thanks a lot.
