Unwanted widget in ecommerce footer section

Hello,

We’re trying to delete a prebuilt widget in ecommerce footer area. After we deleted the widget it appears again and again. We tried both panels (classic wordpress panel and xstore customize panel)

Actually we really want to get rid of that widget because we don’t need it. We’re planning to customize our own footer area.

If you help us, we’re really appreciate.

Hello,

ecommerce_footer is not our theme widget area because it exists even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/a291a0b262052410a35b8f34a78cbfe8

So, check the third-party plugins that you use and contact WordPress support to get help with that area.

i took a screen record for you. i’ve already wrote my service provider too. but why i cant delete this widget from xstore panel. maybe you can help for this. thanks a lot.
