While it is not required for the core functionality of our theme, it can offer additional widgets and design options for Elementor.

    If you are not using any of its features, you may safely deactivate or remove it. However, we recommend reviewing your pages to ensure that none of the elements rely on this plugin before doing so.

    Based on the screenshot you provided in your initial message, it appears that the issue concerns the child theme files—specifically, the files you have modified manually. Please note that updates to the parent theme do not affect the content of the child theme.

    If you are using a child theme and it has a rewritten WooCommerce folder (with files), then you need to make compatibility by yourself. Compare files https://text-compare.com/ (parent theme file or woocommerce plugin file, and your child theme file) and add the missing code to your child theme file.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    However, it appears that a white screen is currently being displayed when attempting to access the template. This issue may be related to the PHP version on your server.
    We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version from 8.4.5 to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with version 8.4.5.
